Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services or natural events beyond our control
